LPG, a viable business opportunity for Spanish fueling stations

During the forum “The business of fuel distribution,” the general director of the Spanish Association of Operators of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (AOGLP, as in its Spanish acronym) José Luis Blanco said that propane autogas supports filling stations’ diversification strategies and development and provides a broader offering.

西班牙液化石油气联盟的董事长José Luis Blanco通过”燃料经销商洽谈“论坛说到，丙烷气体可以发展加气站的多元化经营策略并且提供一个广泛的商机。

In his presentation, Blanco spoke about the existing fueling network in Spain, with more than 400 facilities selling LPG, which allows drivers to cross the country from north to south using this fuel. He also reported that demand for such stations continues to grow in the region, thus he thinks LPG is a great business opportunity for local fuel retailers as they can attract new customers to their sites.

在他的谈话中，Blacno提到了关于在西班牙已经存在燃料经销网络，已经有400多家可以销售LPG，可以允许车辆在全国范围内都加到气。他同时也提到在一些其他地区的增长的需要。也就是说，LPG对于当地的燃料供应商来说有着巨大的商机，因为他们可以吸引到新的客户。

Another important data to consider is the fact that automakers are also looking at the possibility of continuing to invest in the sector. Currently, there are over 50 models of new cars manufactured to operate with LPG. In addition, all vehicles registered after 2015 can be converted to run on this fuel.

另外一个重要的数据可以考虑的是，汽车制造商也在寻求持续投资的商机。目前已经有超过50款新车设计使用LPG燃料。并且，所有的2015年以后等级注册的车都可以改装为使用此燃料。

According to AOGLP, this alternative fuel is most widely used around the world as there are over 25 million vehicles equipped with this technology, including 13 million operating in Europe. In Spain, there are already about 40,000 units.

按照能源联盟的说法是，这种可替代燃料可以广泛的在全世界使用，并且有超过两千五百万的汽车在使用这种技术，其中一千三百万在欧洲进行。在西班牙，已经有四万辆使用LPG了。
